Grand Equestrian for the Johnson Family Collection

braddaaThis is a recent gouache painting produced on vellum stretched over board depicting the daughter of one of my First Class Patrons. I have painted many equestrian figures over the years but this is probably one of my favourites and is the first I have painted since my move to Scotland. As she is the daughter of the Baron of Hallyards in Scotland there are some pictorial references to the barony and Scotland. This painting forms part of a unique and extensive collection of my work commissioned by the Patron which will be published in a future book on the Collections of my First Class Patrons. The size of the painting is 20 x 16 inches.
